1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Card Route. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for providing accurate information. Do not share account access or attempt to impersonate another person.
2. Route and availability disclaimer
Card Route is a planning tool. Store listings, road routes, population-density estimates, notes, and sightings may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Card Route does not provide or guarantee live inventory, product availability, store hours, purchase limits, route safety, or successful card purchases.
Follow traffic laws, posted rules, retailer policies, and official navigation guidance. Do not interact with Card Route while driving.
3. Community conduct
You may not post false reports, spam, harassment, threats, personal information, employee schedules, instructions to evade store rules, or content that encourages unsafe or unlawful behavior. The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Content may be limited or removed, and accounts may be restricted for abuse.
4. Free and Premium service
Free features may change over time. Route Pro is a monthly subscription that renews until canceled. The current price and included features are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply. You can manage payment details or cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass access controls for the service or its data providers. Do not use automated activity that degrades the service, submit malicious code, or misuse invite links.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
Card Route’s original software, interface, and branding are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, maps, data, and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Card Route is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any listed retailer.
7. Service changes and availability
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted by maintenance, data providers, road-routing services, or events outside our control. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention, or law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Route is provided “as is” and without warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Liability is limited to the amount you paid Card Route during the twelve months before the event giving rise to a claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
